All our hammocks products, go through strict quality controls prior to delivering to you. We believe strongly in our products and are sure you'll love your purchase. However, should you have any problems or find fault with your product, simply let us know and include any applicable photographs and we will provide a replacement as necessary.
Other than product faults we do not accept returns, such as for a change of mind or purchasing the wrong size/incorrect product.
All our products are guaranteed to be free of defect in materials and workmanship and we will happily repair or replace any product with a manufacturing defect within one year of original purchase.
Our range of hammock products are designed to withstand normal outdoor and recreational use. We encourage you to enjoy them outdoors but to enhance the longevity of your hammock and prevent premature weathering we recommend storing inside when not in active use. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Fading and weathering due to prolonged exposure to sun, rain, snow and heavy humidity, is not covered by under warranty, nor does it cover rot, mold, mildew or damage from improper storage, maintenance, installation, or modification.
