Enjoy free UK delivery on all hammocks! Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days from our London base via courier. To offer a wider selection, some products are shipped directly from our trusted UK suppliers. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

All packages are sent via courier service, and we provide you with real-time tracking via email on confirmation of your order being dispatched. 

You can generally expect to receive your purchase within 2-4 business days of ordering. To aid with quicker delivery, a daytime contact phone number and the provision of a daytime occupied address for obtaining a signature on delivery is recommended. 

If you miss a delivery, generally a second attempt will be made; if this is also unsuccessful, your package will be held at a local depot awaiting your contact. If you need to re-arrange delivery or change address, we recommend you contact the courier company directly, but please note a change of address may incur a fee from the courier provider and is not covered by our free delivery policy.
